Paper ballots are needed to improve voter confidence in Georgia. That's the main message 20 professors with the national Verfied Voting organization had for Secretary of State Brian Kemp.
In a letter sent to Kemp's office yesterday, the tech experts recommended voting the old-fashioned way for the upcoming special election for Georgia's 6th District congressional seat.
This comes shortly after Kemp and Kennesaw State University confirmed the FBI is looking into a possible data breach.
The investigation is linked to KSU's Center for Election Systems.
That center has certified the state's elections equipment and voting machines for the past 15 years.
