The thrill of the hunt is not reserved for game hunters. More and more, chefs and people interested in eating locally have been employing what you might call “forest-to-table” tactics. We’re talking about foraging, and WABE’s Myke Johns recently accompanied Drew Belline, chef at No. 246 in Decatur, on his search for mushrooms.
