Maybe you’ve heard of community supported agriculture, or CSAs, in which local farms box up and deliver the freshest produce. This year has seen the WonderRoot art collective trying something new: Community Supported Art.
Wonderroot is now selling shares for its second Art C-S-A, in which investors receive nine pieces of art they’ve never seen before in exchange for an up-front sum of money.
Last winter, WABE's Kate Sweeney followed one Atlanta artist and his work through Wonderroot's very first art CSA. Here's that story.
Artists taking part in the Art CSA's second season are Ashley Anderson, Jane Garver, Roni Henderson, Masud Olfani, Seana Reilly and Ann Rowles.
